泰國參院否決特赦案

泰國國會參議院十二日否決引起嚴重爭執的特赦法案。一旦該法案獲得通過，流亡海外的泰國前總理塔信極可能返國。塔信是泰國現任總理盈拉的胞兄，主政期間的部分作為使泰國陷入嚴重的對立及流血衝突。（英國廣播公司12日電）
