氣象專家：不排除海燕2號誕生

【施旖婕/綜合外電報導】海燕颱風日前重創菲律賓，也是30年來少見的魔鬼颱，其威力和結構都相當驚人，但氣象專家表示，未來類似海燕的怪颱或強颱，不排除會再發生，而且頻率也會增加。

目前聯合國正於波蘭召開氣候大會，專家指出，隨著海洋溫度逐漸上升，未來將常常出現極端天氣的現象。現場不少專家異口同聲認為，海洋表面溫度升高，氣旋的威力也將增強。
