不滿裁減武裝預算 葡萄牙軍人上街示威

上百名葡萄牙軍人昨(12)日穿著便服，走上首都里斯本街頭，抗議當局為了抑制國家債務刪減武裝部隊2014年的預算。

全國武裝部隊士官協會主席庫艾留(Antonio Lima Coelho)表示，誓死反對盲目地刪減國家重要部門，例如國防部門的預算。

這群軍人在下班後，在國會大廈附近聚集示威，揮舞著協會的旗幟。

葡萄牙國債拖累財政，為了爭取780億歐元的國際貸款以穩定財務，被迫要大力刪減許多預算，特別是公共支出。為了達成在明年將赤字減少到GDP的4%之目標，葡萄牙政府在明年的預算大幅刪公務人員的薪資與養老年金。

帶頭示威的庫艾留認為，這次預算的許多措施都是明顯違憲的。他呼籲葡萄牙憲法法庭對新的財政法進行違憲審查。
